What does the team do?

Finds: EKAP, ilan.gov.tr, state-owned enterprises, development agencies and official sources abroad are scanned three times a day, so you never have to search for notices.
Reads: The participation and eligibility conditions in article 4 of the notice are extracted with the notice's own article numbers.
Evaluates: Every tender is compared with your company on six criteria; you see why you qualify or which criterion you fall short on. A criterion the notice does not answer is left out of the score.
Finds the gaps: The documents required are set side by side with the ones you have on file: met, missing, unknown.
Finds suppliers: For an item you can't provide, companies in the network and contractors that won that work in award notices, each with the reason.
Prepares the bid: The draft opens pre-filled with the tender details; the price and the signature stay with you.

Türkiye and the world

Tenders in Türkiye are matched to your company automatically. International tenders follow the same path: we find the notice, evaluate it for your company, work out what participation requires and prepare your file. If you also bid abroad, you turn it on in Settings; international tenders that fit you then land in My Opportunities too. When there is not enough information, İhaleZeka does not guess: a criterion it cannot compare is marked “could not be evaluated” and does not lower your score. You always submit the bid yourself — in Türkiye through EKAP with your e-signature, abroad through the notice's own portal. More on international tenders.

What is İhaleZeka?

An AI team that works on tenders for you: it finds and reads public and international tender notices, shows how well each fits your company and why, lists what you are missing, and carries the process through to bid preparation. The final signature and submission stay with you.

Is the fit evaluation a guarantee of winning?

No. It is decision support: you look at it when deciding whether to bid. It is not a guarantee of winning or a prediction that you will win.

Are international tenders evaluated for my company?

Yes. When you open an international notice, it is evaluated for your company; participation conditions such as registration, bonds, a local representative and signatures come out as a separate list. By default İhaleZeka looks for tenders that fit you in Türkiye; if you also bid abroad, you turn it on in Settings.

What is supplier support?

If a tender you qualify for includes a product or service you cannot provide, İhaleZeka companies that have joined the network and contractors that won that work in published award notices are listed for the missing item, with the reasons. No contact details or prices are stored; the companies are marked as unverified.

Teklif dosyanızı hazırlar. Gereksinim matrisi, belge kontrol listesi ve ön kontrolle dosyayı imza aşamasına getirir; fiyat ve imza sizde kalır.
Eksik kalemi tamamlar. Karşılayamadığınız kalem için tedarikçileri ve sonuç ilanlarında o işi daha önce kazanmış yüklenicileri gerekçesiyle önerir.
